Employment letter (on company’s letterhead) stating: position, salary, and length of employment. If self-employed, provide copies of tax returns for the past two years, first two pages of tax returns only.
Applicant must make at least 48 times the monthly rent in guaranteed income (i.e. monthly rent $2000.00 x 48= $96,000.00).
We will run credit reports through credit agencies bureaus, verify your employment, and rental history to determine approval.
If your application is accepted, you will be contacted to coordinate lease-signing date/time at our office. A Cashier’s Check for the 1st month’s rent, last month’s rent, and security deposit is due at lease signing.
If your application is accepted with conditions (based on your income, credit, or rental history qualifications), you may be asked to pay additional deposit.
If your application is denied, you will be provided with contact information for the consumer reporting agencies that provided the consumer information.
