WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU APPLY?
- We will run credit reports through credit agencies bureaus, verify your employment, and rental history to determine approval.
- If your application is accepted, you will be contacted to coordinate lease-signing date/time at our office. A Cashier’s Check for the 1st month’s rent, last month’s rent, and security deposit is due at lease signing.
- If your application is accepted with conditions (based on your income, credit, or rental history qualifications), you may be asked to pay additional deposit.
- If your application is denied, you will be provided with contact information for the consumer reporting agencies that provided the consumer information.
